SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed that will include your order number. Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped at this time. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

TEMPTU only accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States and Canada (includes APO/FPO and U.S. Territories). Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to International addresses. Please see below for our detailed outline of shipping options.

We offer free ground shipping on domestic orders over $50. Orders under $50 and Express Shipping services are subject to variable rates based on the contents of the shipment.

*SHIPMENTS TO APO/FPO

  • Orders being shipped to APO/FPO addresses will be sent via USPS standard delivery.
  • We regret that we are unable to offer priority or express shipping methods to AFO/FPO addresses.

**SHIPMENTS TO CANADA

  • Please note, shipments to Canada will be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • All Canadian orders are processed in USD and at the current exchange rate.

***SHIPMENTS TO AUSTRALIA

  • Please note, shipments to Australia will be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • All Australian orders are processed in USD and at the current exchange rate.

    PLEASE NOTE

    • Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
    • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, (except major holidays).
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • TEMPTU is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our responsible control such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, etc.

    RETURN POLICY

    We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase, you may return all products for a full refund (excluding shipping cost). All returns must be made within 45 days of purchase. All TEMPTU equipment purchases include a one-year warranty described here.

    To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team to obtain a return authorization. Please contact us via email at procustomercare@temptu.com or call 1-888-983-6788. Customer Care representatives are available Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm EST.

    Please include your return authorization number on the outside of your return shipment. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization.

    Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. TEMPTU is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. We recommend that you retain your tracking information.

    We do not accept returns for products purchased through other retailers; please refer to that specific retailer for their return policy.
